She has been a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor since 2011 and works with small businesses converting to QuickBooks. She also prepares corporate and partnership returns. Lynnell is a native of Langdon, ND and attended the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks. She and her husband Todd enjoy traveling and spending time on the Missouri River in the summer. Kayla joined the Mandan office and began her public accounting career in 2006. Her main focus is business and individual tax with a special interest in agriculture taxation and tax planning. She also works with QuickBooks, bookkeeping and payroll services. Kayla grew up on a ranch near Wishek, ND and her love for agriculture is still strong today. Kayla and her family enjoy the outdoors, watching over their cow herd, and all things ATV and water related during the summer. EDUCATION

 KRISTEN MCKEONE, EAEmail: kmckeone@hagakommer.com After graduating from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN, Kristen moved to the Twin Cities to begin her career in public accounting. Ten years and two daughters later, she and her husband Neil moved their family to Kristen’s hometown of Bismarck to be closer to family. She is looking forward to making new connections with the Bismarck-Mandan community. Kristen specializes in individual tax planning and preparation as well as estate, gift, and fiduciary taxation. She also provides tax consulting to families and small business owners. Away from the office, Kristen enjoys spending time with her daughters, Hildy and Lena. She usually has a cup of coffee in hand and is busy learning new cooking and baking skills from her mom and grandma. EDUCATION

She has over 13 years of accounting experience working in government accounting. Her experience includes payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, working in financial reporting, and lots of Excel spreadsheets. Abigail is originally from McClusky, ND and attended the University of Mary majoring in both Accounting and Business Administration. She joined the Mandan office after graduating in 2014 and has experience with non-profit and local government auditing. Abigail enjoys traveling, fishing, participating in many recreational sports, and spending time with family, friends and her dog Macy. From there Jessica attended Dickinson State University for one year then decided to pursue a career in cosmetology. Jessica attended RD Hairstyling College in Bismarck, ND and graduated in 2004. After 16 years in the profession Jessica has worked at a salon, taught at the Hair Academy and owned her own business. Jessica joined the Haga Kommer team in October 2020 as an Administrative Assistant. Jessica loves spending time with her husband and three children. She enjoy fishing, officiating volleyball for the Bismarck/Mandan schools, playing rec volleyball and softball. She has worked in banking and has provided accounting services for clients in the self-storage, real estate, and restaurant industries. For the past 10 years Joyce has worked as the accounting and credentialing coordinator for a medical practice management company. Joyce enjoys going to the movies with her husband, gardening, and spending time with her family - especially her three young grandchildren. She brings to Haga Kommer her experience as a Program Administrator for Job Service North Dakota and as Office Manager for a pharmacy chain. She graduated from AIB college of business in Des Moines, IA with an Associate's in Accounting and Financial Services in 2004. After many years working for small businesses and a few location changes; She attended the University of Mary to complete her Bachelor's in Accounting, graduating in 2015. She spent 6 years at a small accounting and tax firm in Bismarck, ND focusing on small business financials and tax return preparation. She joined Haga Kommer in November 2021 after 2 years as an Internal Revenue Agent. Renae enjoys camping, gardening, reading, coffee, and spending time with her daughter. EDUCATION
 Rich ClearyEmail: rcleary@hagakommer.com Rich Cleary is a Bismarck native who comes to Haga Kommer from the field of education. Rich is married to his wife, Kris. They have four grown children. A couple of years ago, Rich stepped away from teaching after spending 15 years teaching mathematics at the University of Mary. He likes working with numbers and enjoys keeping busy. In his free time, Rich runs a small mowing/landscaping business with his two sons. Rich will focus on tax preparation for individuals for tax season and accounting services the rest of the year.
