He attended and graduated from the University of Minnesota Business College. Wayne was the sole owner and president of Wayne Blosberg, PA which has twenty-five employees. The firm merged with Haga Kommer in January 2022. Outside the numbers, Wayne enjoys spending time with his wife Candi at their lake home on Lake Osakis. Wayne and Candi have two adult children, Cody and Cortni. Wayne enjoys spending time with their grandson Paxton. Wayne likes to go fishing and pheasant hunting behind his English Setter Maverick.  MARY KATE KELLEY-SCHEIDLER, JD, EAEmail: mkelley-scheidler@hagakommer.com For 20 years Mary Kate worked in various law offices, initially in the capacity of a paralegal/law clerk and then as a lawyer, before making a conscious decision to change her career focus to a tax preparation and planning. Mary Kate's legal background provides her with tax research, writing and advocacy skills that translate nicely in advocating for tax clients. Mary Kate has 18 years of tax preparation and tax planning experience. She currently serves our Spring Lake Park office as a Senior Tax Specialist. Mark Kate currently prepares the 1040 (individual income tax), 1041 (estate and trust fiduciary), 709 (gift tax), 706 (estate tax), and some 990 (non-profit) returns. She provides tax projections and tax consulting services, as well as responding to letters from the IRS and State tax authorities. EDUCATION

Some of the industries that she has worked in include Mortgage Banking, Collections, Used Car Sales and Commercial Printing. Paula enjoys crafting, reading, and spending time with her Grandson. She has experience in all manner of accounting from payroll prep and bookkeeping to financial statements compilations as well as both individual and business tax returns preparation. Jane has been married for 30 years, she has two children and one grandchild with another due in May. She enjoys time spent with her family and summer weekends at the cabin. EDUCATION

She joined Haga Kommer through a 2021 acquisition, with 16 years' experience as an Office Manager. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family at the lake, boating and fishing.  MIKE WALLIN, CPAEmail: mwallin@hagakommer.com Mike has been a Certified Public Accountant for over 30 years. The services he performs include compilation and review of financial statements, income tax planning and preparation, business consulting including sales and acquisitions along with projections. Mike enjoys watching clients grow and succeed. Mike has been serving on the Business Advisory Committee of Anoka Ramsey Community College for several years. Mike has served on the Board of Minnesota Bluegrass and Old Time Music Association (MBOTMA) and as Treasurer for many other non-profit organizations and churches over the years. Mike and his wife Arlene have three children, Mike Jr., Shawn, and Michelle. The biggest joys they have are their four grandchildren. He enjoys fishing, music, and woodworking. After initially getting a degree in Microbiology he worked for many years in the biotech industry as an immunochemist. After going back to school to get his accounting degree he joined Gwizdala & Associates, a public accounting firm based in White Bear Lake and worked there for many years doing tax preparation, bookkeeping and payroll. Christopher joined Haga Kommer in 2023 and he specializes in Business and Individual Taxation, Tax Planning and Multi-State Tax.Christopher enjoys spending time outdoors fly fishing, trail running, and crosscountry skiing in the winter.
