They moved all over the state following his teaching career, winding up in Pelican Rapids to be near family. She was a partner with Bekkerus Schott, a CPA firm based in Detroit Lakes, MN until their merger with Haga Kommer in November 2021. Judi enjoys working with small business owners for tax planning and consulting. She works with companies in all industries, trucking, construction, retail, farming and professional services. After growing up in a city in Indiana, living on the lake in Northern Minnesota is peaceful and beautiful. Judi enjoys travel, card games and lake life.

 Bruce ImholteEmail: bimholte@hagakommer.com Bruce has been a certified public accountant for 43 years. He works in both the Fargo, ND and Detroit Lakes, MN offices of Haga Kommer primarily with tax planning and preparation, Estate planning for families and individuals, and personal financial planning. He also consults with owners on the sale or purchases of businesses, with special emphasis on the transition of family owned businesses. Bruce & Ginny have been married for 46 years and have three married children and seven wonderful grandchildren.

 Kyle ImholteEmail: kimholte@hagakommer.com Kyle works in both the Fargo, ND and Detroit Lakes, MN offices of Haga Kommer. He has 15 years of industry experience and specializes in wealth management, business consulting, tax planning, and retirement planning services. He strives to provide comprehensive financial solutions to select families and businesses. Prior to joining Haga Kommer, Kyle was a partner in the firms, Imholte Financial and Imholte & Dahl CPA, that merged with HK in the fall of 2020. Kyle and his wife, April, have four children. The family enjoys outdoor activities and time at the lake.

 Jolee StearnsEmail: jstearns@hagakommer.com Prior to coming on board with Haga Kommer in 2020, Jolee worked as a staff accountant for Imholte & Dahl, CPA in Detroit Lakes for two years. Before becoming an accountant, Jolee worked as a Personal Banker for 3 years at United Community Bank. Jolee was born and raised in Little Falls, MN. She now lives near Detroit Lakes, MN with her husband and their three amazing children. Jolee enjoys spending time with her family and friends, the outdoors, camping, playing games, and watching movies.
 Karen OelfkeEmail: koelfke@hagakommer.com Karen, a Frazee, MN native joined Bekkerus Schott, a Detroit Lakes, MN CPA firm prior to their merger with Haga Kommer in November 2021. Karen works as office administrator, does payroll, and keeps things flowing in the Detroit Lakes office. She loves spending time with her family.

 Matt BekkerusEmail: mbekkerus@hagakommer.com Matt is originally from Detroit Lakes, MN. After graduating from DLHS he worked construction based out of Colorado for many years. After going back to school for his accounting degree he joined Bekkerus Schott, a public accounting firm based in Detroit Lakes in 2016 prior to their merger with Haga Kommer in November 2021. With his experience in construction Matt brings real world insight to many clients as they are growing their businesses. He also enjoys working with individuals and small businesses for tax planning in a variety of industries. Matt lives north of Detroit Lakes where he can enjoy hunting, numerous outdoor activities, and friends and family. EDUCATION:
 Bob Bekkerus, CPAEmail: bobbekkerus@hagakommer.com Bob grew up on a farm in Glyndon, Minnesota and moved to Detroit Lakes where he graduated from high school. After a stint with the Army in Germany, he graduated Summa Cum Laude from Moorhead State University with major in accounting and a minor in mathematics. He started his accounting career working for Peat, Marwick and Mitchell in Minneapolis where he earned his designation as a Certified Public Accountant. After working in Minneapolis, Bob returned to Detroit Lakes to serve the clients in his hometown. He worked for a local accounting firm initially and eventually struck out on his own and started the firm which recently completed the merger. Bob has always been active in the community and is a past president of the Detroit Lakes Country Club, which has always been one of his favorite activities. Bob has worked in the CPA arena for 45 years. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Minnesota Society of CPAs. He has owned, operated and sold several businesses besides the accounting office. When not at the office, he enjoys golfing, hunting, time at the lake with his wife, Bonnie, friends and family and watching the grandkids compete in sports. EDUCATION:
 Cassie WestlundEmail: cwestlund@hagakommer.com Cassie grew up and still resides in Lake Park , Minnesota. She has two kids and a dog. Prior to working at Haga Kommer, she worked in Home Health Care and bartended/waitressed at the Pit 611. Cassie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, crafting, and going to the lake as much as possible in the summer.

 Connor EntziEmail: centzi@hagakommer.com Connor, an Edgeley, ND native, is a recent graduate of Valley City State University (ND) where he majored in Business Administration with focuses in Managerial Accounting and Finance and Agribusiness. He also acquired a Certificate in Professional Sales. Connor is an avid sports fan and former collegiate athlete, who enjoys watching and participating in recreational sports; especially golf and basketball. Connor has always been a fan of the region and all it has to offer and looks forward to serving the people of the Lakes Area. EDUCATION:
