Haga Kommer CPAs merges with Schmitz & Ketchum

With this merger comes Haga Kommer’s expansion into St. Cloud

Haga Kommer CPAs is excited to announce their merger with Schmitz & Ketchum in St. Cloud. With this merger comes Haga Kommer’s expansion into the St. Cloud market. Set to officially take place on January 1, 2019, the new office will operate as Schmitz & Ketchum, a division of Haga Kommer, CPA’s.

“We are excited about this merger because Haga Kommer shares the same values we do,” said David Schmitz “With this merger, we know we can continue our tradition of excellent service, while adding significant resources and specialized expertise for our clients and associates.”

Along with this merger, Schmitz & Ketchum, a division of Haga Kommer, CPA’s, has added Ryan Holter, another CPA to their office. Holter and his family are longtime residents of the St. Cloud area and he has an accounting career that has lasted for 15 years in both the public and private sectors.

“We are looking forward to the opportunity to grow and serve the St. Cloud market,” said Toby Kommer, President of Haga Kommer. “We strategically chose Schmitz & Ketchum as they fit our culture very well. In addition, we had identified the St. Cloud market as a growth market that we are very excited to now be a part of. Schmitz & Ketchum, a division of Haga Kommer, CPA’s, will continue to operate from its current office and the entire staff will remain.
