With this merger comes Haga Kommer’s expansion into Detroit Lakes.

Fargo, ND October 30, 2020 -- Haga Kommer CPAs is excited to announce their merger with Imholte & Dahl as well as Imholte Financial. With this merger comes Haga Kommer’s expansion into the Detroit Lakes market. Set to officially take place on November 1, 2020, the Fargo office of Imholte & Dahl will move into the offices of Haga Kommer located at 5195 45^th street in Fargo while the Detroit Lakes office will remain in its current location at 1215 Washington Avenue.

Along with this merger, Imholte Financial, will also be merged with HK Wealth Management a division of Haga Kommer, CPA’s. “We have long believed that our clients benefit from the added services that our firm has provided over the years with retirement and investment planning,” said Kyle Imholte “The fit with Haga Kommer was a natural one for us because they share that same belief and have taken it further with their ‘one stop shop’ philosophy for their clients.”
